This Powerpath can switch 54V128A continous. It integrates LTC1999 current sense amplifiers and LTC4444 MOSFET drivers, which interface to the driver PCB sitting on top via pinheaders. The input capacitance can be precharged via the integrated power resistor. This version improves over rev1.00 by utilizing 6 layers of 2U thick copper. The via's are copper paste filled and capped, ensuring good thermal conductivity (8W/M/k). It also has a USB-C port, and a discharge button to safely discharge the caps to be able to disassemble quicker. The powerpath also exposes copper on the underside to directly attach a heatsink.
